"The user" refers to the registered person.
"The client" refers to hotels, harbours, and marinas.
"Transaction" refers to bookings and payments.
"TUAP" refers to Turn up and pay for mooring.
"The mooring" refers to the object where the boat connects.
Users must stay no longer than the duration selected during the payment process.
If a user departs before their allocated time expires, another user may occupy the mooring, and the original user will not receive reimbursement.
Users must enter the correct code for the mooring they wish to use.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they can use the mooring they pay for.
If the platform indicates that the mooring is not suitable, users must not stay on that mooring.
The provider is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including client duties.
Moored Solutions acts as an agent on behalf of the location and is not responsible for the location's moorings.
The location's own terms and conditions apply when booking a mooring.
