By using the website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, you should stop using the platform.
"The provider" refers to Moored Solutions LTD
"The system" refers to software and hardware for completing tasks including bookings and payments.
"The platform" refers to the software subset of the system.
"The user" refers to the registered person.
Registration is permitted only for individuals or entities 18 years or older.
Users must provide accurate information and keep their accounts up-to-date.
Accounts are non-transferable and users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
Users must notify the provider if their credentials are lost or compromised.
Creating an account implies acceptance of the provider's privacy policy.
By registering, users consent to being contacted through provided methods.
Users must be able to access their registered email inbox and respond to communications within 30 days.
Users are responsible for ensuring successful payments. Multiple failed attempts may lead to booking cancellation.
Users are responsible for their account security and privacy.
Users must not disrupt or modify the system's functionality or data.
Correct information must be provided during transactions and requests.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Users are responsible for actions in the physical world and operating vessels.
Subject to the paragraph above, the provider is not liable for damage or loss of personal belongings, infrastructure, or vessels arising from the use of the platform or the physical use of moorings.

All content on the site is owned by Moored Solutions LTD or its partners.
We may suspend or temporarily restrict your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or breach applicable law. We will provide you with reasonable written notice (minimum 7 days) and an opportunity to respond and remedy the violation, except in cases where immediate action is required for security, legal compliance, or protection of other users.
We may permanently terminate your account if the violation cannot be remedied or if you repeatedly breach these terms. In such cases, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before termination.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion by you, your personal information is anonymised per our Privacy Policy. For pre-paid bookings not yet commenced, refunds will be processed in accordance with the booking location's cancellation policy.
If we terminate your account due to a breach of these terms, you are entitled to a refund for pre-paid bookings that have not been fulfilled or commenced, less any applicable cancellation fees set by the location.
You can request deletion of stored boat details separately from account deletion.
The platform may contain links to third-party services, for which the provider is not responsible.
Changes to these terms will be posted on the platform and users will be notified. Continued use signifies acceptance of revised terms.
These terms do not limit your legal rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify Moored Solutions LTD from any third-party claims arising directly from the user's material breach of these terms or unlawful activity. This indemnification does not apply to claims arising from Moored Solutions LTD's negligence, data breach, fraud, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes can be initiated for violations of the agreement by either party.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
